I needed a box for a Christmas cookies present.  

I saw this great box on Pinterest - it's made from one sheet of double sided 12 x 12 card. Nothing wasted either as I made the note card from a piece that was cut out!

It is decorated it with the Tattered Lace Poinsettia, a great 5 piece die set.

A piece of heavy (300gsm) white card in the bottom gives it a bit more strength.

I am a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to Christmas colours, but as I build my Pinterest Christmas Card board, I have been challenged in every way into changing my perceptions as to what are Christmas colours - and I love them all!  So many different and wonderful creations.

Recently this was also tested as my friend Janine  showed us that pink and fuschia can be Christmas colours!  So here's my take on that colour theme with some great washi and glitter tapes - who would have thought!
