Processing

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Pre-orders will be dispatched 1-2 business days upon receipt of the items from distributor.  All other postage and shipping terms apply.

You will be advised as soon as possible if there will be a delay.

Standard National Items are sent by Sendle Road Transport or Australia Post.

Express Post items are sent by Australia Post.

We do not guarantee either carrier’s delivery timetable.

National Post Option

As a guide, Sendle’s general delivery timetable suggests: next day delivery for Melbourne, 1-2 days to Adelaide, Canberra and Sydney, 2-5 days to Brisbane, Hobart and northern NSW, 5-10 days to Perth and northern Queensland.

Express Post Option

Australia Post advises next business day delivery to major postage centres and allows tracking of parcels until delivered to their destination.
